Live nephrops transport from Skagen

In the past week Aquamind has tested the survival rate of langoustine (nephrops norvegicus) when transported from Skagen to Deventer in Holland. The object was to test and see if the survival rate would increase if the transport water was oversaturated with a supersaturator unit from Infuser. The last trials are on the way, but the survival rate was excellent. 89,7% of the langoustine survived and are now eaten by happy customers in dutch restaurants.
